Positype (an entity of Swash & Kern LLC) reserves the right to update them at any time — your continued use of the site means you accept whatever version is current. If you violate these terms, your access ends immediately and you're required to delete anything downloaded from the site.

You're welcome to browse, download specimens, and print information from this site for personal, non-commercial use. That's it. You can't modify, redistribute, publish, or use site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The design, layout, and structure of this site are protected and can't be copied or imitated.

Everything here — fonts, text, images, specimens, software — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Positype name and logo are trademarks of Swash & Kern LLC. Don't use them without permission.

Purchasing a font license gives you the right to use that font within the terms of the applicable license agreement. It doesn't transfer ownership of the font software. Font licenses are governed by separate End User License Agreements, which take precedence over these general terms where they apply.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, whether you authorized it or not.
