When you purchase a Positype font, you're buying a license to use it under specific conditions. Different uses call for different licenses. This page will help you find the right one.
All Positype licenses are non-exclusive and grant usage rights, not ownership of the font software. If your situation doesn't fit neatly into a category below, contact us — we would rather answer a question than resolve a violation.
The foundational license. If you're a designer creating work in print or digital media — brochures, signage, presentations, brand guidelines, static images for the web — this is your starting point. It covers the widest range of everyday design use.
A specialized license for a single logo, logotype, or wordmark — the primary identifying mark of a company, brand, or product. Covers both the design of the mark and the perpetual right to reproduce it across all media.

The right to use Positype fonts in motion graphic content for broadcast, streaming, and theatrical distribution. Covers network television, streaming services, theatrical productions, sports graphics, and network identity packages.
