Payments & Refunds

When you make a purchase here, your credit card statement will simply show Positype or Swash and Kern.

We accept all major credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay. If you prefer to go a different route, we can also accommodate Bitcoin.

All payments are securely handled through Stripe, so your information stays protected throughout the process. If you’re purchasing from outside the United States, your bank may apply international transaction fees. Those are set by your card issuer, not us, so we don’t have any control over them.

Prefer a bank transfer instead? No problem—we can issue an invoice and coordinate that with you directly. Just note: any fees tied to international transfers are the responsibility of the purchaser and shouldn’t be deducted from the invoice total.

We’re not able to offer refunds on font license purchases. Once the files are delivered, there’s no practical way for us to confirm they’re no longer in use, so refunds aren’t something we can support.

That said, we do stand behind the fonts themselves. If you run into a defect that makes a font unusable in its intended environment, we’ll replace it with the same software. Just make sure you’ve got your purchase receipt and let us know within 10 days of purchase.
